Galatasaray won the title, their 24th league championship, under coach Okan Buruk. Fenerbahçe finished second, and Trabzonspor came in third.
The top scorer became Mauro Icardi (Galatasaray) with 25 goals.
Promoted teams Samsunspor, Rizespor and Pendikspor replaced Giresunspor and Ümraniyespor, who were relegated.
