Feyenoord won their 15th title, with Giovanni van Bronckhorst as coach. Ajax finished second, and PSV Eindhoven came in third.
The top scorer was Nicolai Jørgensen (Feyenoord) with 21 goals.
Newly promoted teams Sparta Rotterdam and Go Ahead Eagles replaced Cambuur and De Graafschap, who were relegated.
This season was historic for Feyenoord, as it ended their 18-year title drought.
